Men's Naked Beginner Yoga is back!
Just a couple of days ago I was in touch with the owner of Studio 4 who was finally able to clear up some times and days of the week for me to rent the space. Men's Naked Beginner Yoga is back for Fall 2022! Saturday's at 11:30am and Monday's at 6:00pm. These classes are easy and give you the foundations you need to cultivate your yoga practice. Whether you'd like to get back into it or try yoga out for the very first time, I won't have you upside down suspended on 2 fingers. We start with breath and meditation, and approach yoga poses from an incremental 'flow' which allows you to discover your limits without pushing yourself to an uncomfortable or painful place. I use props and modifications to help you into the pose when you are struggling.
Bear Naked Yogi classes are $20 each or there is a monthly subscription available for $160. Bring a mat, towel and your water bottle. We have everything else and even extra mats if you forgot yours.
Studio 4 is located upstairs at the Ballet Theatre of Phoenix, 6201 N 7th St, Phoenix, AZ 85014, USA on the corner of 7th Street & Rose Lane. Park in the lot or you can park east of the 'No Parking' signs on Rose Lane.
I am so excited to get back to this class and make yoga accessible to everyone. When we are naked, we are all the same.
