At Bear Naked Yogi, we understand that starting a yoga practice can feel daunting, especially if you’re new to the practice or looking to regain your range of motion. That’s why we’ve made it our mission to create a supportive and accessible environment for beginners. Many of our clients are older adults focused on maintaining or restoring their flexibility and mobility. We offer classes tailored to meet you where you are, emphasizing gentle movements, proper alignment, and breathwork.While our focus is on beginners, our classes are designed to be adaptable, ensuring that even experienced yogis can challenge themselves and get a good workout. Whether you’re just starting your wellness journey or returning to yoga after some time, our classes will help you build confidence, improve your range of motion, and enjoy the many benefits of yoga at a pace that feels right for you.
