The last Men's Naked Yin Yoga class of 2022 is tonight in Phoenix at 7:30pm. I noticed that attendance tonight is already off to quite a start!

Monday, December 19th, 2022
Beginner Yoga 6:00pm
Partner Yoga 7:30pm
If I do not see you in class before December 19th, I hope you spend the next couple of weeks with family and friends and you have everything you need.
