Private Yoga Instruction is all about YOUR well being and development. Whether you are looking for beginner instruction, dynamic stretching or a vigorous workshop, having your own private session with Forrest' personal attention will awaken your senses and sharpen your yoga practice. Onsite training here in a private outdoor setting provides an intimate and peaceful experience. One on one instruction means the entire focus is on you. We answer questions, resolve fears and limitations and provide modifications to poses as needed. Bear Naked Yogi has everything you need to complete a full 75 minute session.
