I’m Hal. 77 years old. I’m mostly recovered from full knee replacement. Several 3 years ago I took my sons and grandsons on a 110 km trek along the pilgrimage trail in Spain (Camino de Santiag). Yoga helped prepare me for that adventure so I’m hoping for similar results. I love being naked so I thought I’d give this a try
