Shake Off the Elections with Naked Yin Yoga!

Reclined Swan is a great hip opener and is a little gentler than a regular Swan pose. With this configuration, the body moves a little more with each inhale and exhale and makes the breath a bit more controlled and mindful. Pull in on the exhale with the hands on the hamstring or for greater intensity, move the hands to the shin to really feel the hip stretch.
