Today is the last Saturday of 2022 that I am teaching the Beginner Yoga class on Saturdays.
We'll resume this class on January 14, 2023!
I've noticed lately that men have been building up and holding a lot of stress in their hips and psoas muscles , likely due to the approaching holiday season. Today in practice we'll be focusing on how to open, flex, and stretch the hips properly.
Also, it's cold outside in AZ! The studio has heat but we'll review 'breath of fire' today so you can learn how to warm yourself up quickly.
Here are some poses which greatly target the hips and help release that tension and stress!
