*Please note this class takes place at the BearNakedYogi.com North Phoenix Location. It is outdoors on a private patio. Clothing optional is ok if you think you will be cold.

This mindful breath with movement class will leave you feeling invigorated, strengthened and help increase flexibility.
Power Vinyasa can be similar to an intense exercise session however, we take the fitness mentality and step into our yoga mindset. Yin yoga, on the other hand, is a quiet, thoughtful practice, where you hold more relaxed poses for long periods of time to lengthen the connective tissues and increase elasticity.
Our goal in this class is to build up the heat in the body and then allow gravity to do the work as the warm body steps into a restorative practice. This is the perfect class to burn off the day and step into a sense of ease and peace for the evening.
