Co-ed Clothing Optional Yoga with Sabra All Levels

These classes emphasize self-acceptance and the mutual respect of others by fostering a sense of comfort in one's natural state. The practice encourages mindfulness, body positivity, and a deeper connection with oneself and others. By removing clothing, the focus shifts away from appearances and towards inner growth, promoting a holistic sense of well-being and authentic self-expression.

Please plan to arrive 15 minutes before to set up for your practice. The session will be a 55 minute all levels flow. Yoga mats are limited, please bring your own if you have one. The class will be heated, please be sure to bring a water bottle and towel.

Parking is available behind the building, off of 6th Ave. The entrance will be on the second floor. The entrance off of 7th Ave. will be closed.
